Biography
Laura has been the Managing Partner at DuffyNorth since 2020. She is an experienced attorney with an extensive background in the areas of estates, wills and trusts, real estate, banking, for profit and nonprofit corporations, and civil litigation. She has had the pleasure of representing many businesses, individuals and families over the course of her career and is currently the General Counsel to local housing cooperatives and is a former bank director.
Laura received her law degree from Pittsburgh’s Duquesne University School of Law. She has been an attorney with DuffyNorth since 2002 and licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania since 1999. Laura is a member of the PA Bar Association, Bucks and Montgomery County Bar Associations.
Laura has always had a particular affinity for nonprofit corporations and has volunteered with many over the years, from youth sports organizations to community based nonprofit organizations. She is fluent in Italian and proficient in French and Spanish. She was raised in Bucks County where she still resides with her husband, mother and sons.
